Aircraft Investor Resources, LLC. An impressive team building an incredible aircraft.
AIR LLC intends to capture customers whose mission most often needs four to six seats, pressurization, space, comfort, incredible speed and useful load at a price performance currently unavailable in today’s market. Economic utility or value best describes this market. While there are a few single/twin engine or Turbine Powered aircraft that can meet most of the requirements, the mission naturally lends itself to a turbine-powered aircraft, primarily because of the additional speed, operating cost, acquisition cost, useful load, range and reliability.

Dieter Koehler, Vice President of Engineering and Certification
A German national, Dieter graduated with a Masters Degree in aeronautical science from the Technical University of Stuttgart in 1986. Prior to graduation, he made notable achievements with his work at the Akademic Flying Group Stuttgart and in the German glider industry. During his studies, he worked at Gyroflug and Messerschmidt-Boelkow-Blohm known today as Airbus Industries. His employment there and his thesis were consistently composite-related. Dieter's next employment brought him to Austria to what is now Diamond Aircraft. The motor glider HK36 Super Dimona came under his leadership. The most successful composite motorglider in Europe is now also certified in the US and dozens of other countries. In 1985 prior to the completion of his masters program, he was hired by a Swiss company as the project engineer of a new lightweight jet pilot helmet, which became patented. In 1992 the European JAA created the new VLA category and the DV20 Katana was the first VLA certified airplane. For this design Dieter used many components from the Super Dimona and created and certified a 2-seat trainer with unique carbon components that earned him a patent. Dieter followed the expansion plans of his employer Diamond Aircraft and relocated to London, Ontario in 1993 to build the Canadian subsidiary. Dieter headed the engineering department and after issuance of the type certificate also directed the production start up. Dieter has extensive expertise both in composite aircraft design and certification. He was one of the main contributors in AGATE and forged composite history with new approaches to fatigue testing, large gap structural bonding and co-cured composite components. In 1995, he followed the call of Lance Neibauer and relocated to the US to design and certify the Columbia 300. The Columbia was the first FAR23 airplane in the US that received a new type certificate after more than 20 years and the first small GA composite airplane.
